The Challenge

intu owns 17 of the largest shopping centres in the UK and Spain. With plans for a full scale rebrand and ambitions for future growth and expansion, intu needed a uniform partner who could provide a robust supply chain to meet increasing demand and deliver continuation of service.

The Solution

We worked to become an integral part of intu's brand. We collaborate with their brand team to ensure every aspect of the uniform supplied meets their core brand values - creative, bold and genuine. To support the roll out and supply of over 1,500 employee uniforms in 2013(now over 2,000) we designed and bespoke built a fully branded online ordering system, using LINK. Perfect for intu with their high volume of out of office hours ordering.

The Result

Working with intu, we rolled out the initial 1,500 staff uniforms in just 6 weeks. Ensuring every individual set of uniform was picked, packed and delivered to the correct location. Since our relationship with intu began, we have supplied over 163,000 individual items of clothing to over 2,000 employees.
